This was a very fun freelance project that I did for the Kauai Family Restaurant which is located in the Georgetown Neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Peter, the owner, experienced such success selling his hot Malasadas, that he decided to package the dough to fry up at home. Malasadas are a delicious Portuguese confection adored in Hawaii. They are made of egg-sized balls of yeast dough that are deep-fried in oil and coated with granulated sugar. (Similar to beignets for you southern food lovers.)
I also created an updated logo and table tents for Peter to advertise his Malasada dough in his restaurant.
